much has been said about the greatest reggae star ever; lots of albums, videos, images and so have travelled the whole planet as a legacy of one who tried to unite as all and chant down babylon. everybody recognizes his face and his music and probably there have been thousands of releases and compilations that have widened the fanbase throughout all these years.

and just when you thought there couldn't be more marley for the people, hip-o label is about to release a wonderful compilation box called: man to man, a set with four discs: two of them completely produced by genius extravagant reggae star lee scratch perry and the other two, full with special versions with new cuts and mixes, exclusive dubplates and acoustic themes. definetely a must for mr. marley fans and for those joining in, a wonderful opportunity to enter the world of the original rudeboy rocker superstar!

junorecords already have the box set for sale, you can check the tracklist here

if we were to analyze all the different styles of reggae or rasta related music, it would take us forever to even try to classify one single artist 'cause he/she/they can swing from one genre to another... besides, there are already other sites that have commited themselves to doing this, like reggaefusion

bredda abdel wright has certainly become a strange rising star in the midst of the ragga/dancehall frenzy hitting the charts nowadays. his lyrics are completely grown from real stories and rough lifestyle in the streets of jamaica and his guitar has given these words a new dimension in jamaican music. acoustic fire and honest conciousness is what we find in this original satta bohemian rastaman. click on the next link to go to his official website and stream almost all of his album in pretty decent quality.
